Job Vacancies:

Designation: Production Manager

Job Responsibility: Makes in advance the Production Plan for orders to be executed.The Production Manager will be responsible for all day to day functions at the production floor. Determining team roles and responsibilities and communicating progress towards goals cross functionally. Assisting with special projects as directed.
Eligibility: Strong Communication and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and with a team.

Designation: Pattern / Cutting Master

Job Responsibility: Provide machinists targets & encourage them to accomplish the given targets. Supervises every area of garment production from cutting, making and finishing of garments. Ensures optimal savings in fabric by judicious cutting process. Checks the garments for faults both during and after manufacture & sends faulty production for rework. Maintains quality and production efficiency, duly conforming to the laid man : machine ratio, in the day-to-day operation of the factory. Ensures conformance to compliance requirements. Effective Management Control.

Eligiility: Should have minimum 10 years of exp, should have handled 500+ machines.

Designation: General Manager

Responsibility:Formulate business plan in line with the overall Organizations objective & responsible for annual & long term profitability & competitiveness of the company. Responsible for leading the product strategy & development & direct the implementation of product management. Overall responsibility for managing the performance & profitability of the apparel business. Responsible for planning & undertaking key initiatives in line with fact-based consumer insights the strategic planning & value proposition for the apparel business. Analyze & understanding competition through effective tracking process. Responsible for guiding, supporting, developing & managing performance of the team in order to ensure business performance.

Eligibility:Minumim 15 years of total exp out of which minimum 5 years should be as a SBU head with P& L responsibility.
Excellent People Management, Descision making, Negotiation, Analytical Skills.
Should be an MBA (or equivalent) with exposure of 5 years in apparel retail.
